Refund policy
Returns
Our policy is a lifetime warranty on all products. We offer a free of charge One-Time product replacement Guarantee & Lifetime Warranty if your item fades, breaks, or tarnishes. Please keep in mind that if your particular item is not available anymore we will replace it with another product of equal value.
Please note that we do not in any way accept cash/money refunds, we only offer one-time Product replacements if your item damages.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, picture proof of the item and its damages, as well as an explanation as to how the damage occurred.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first via our email: palmjewellers@yahoo.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, we do not exchange/replace items if the customer orders the wrong size or color. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at palmjewellers@yahoo.com and from there we will discuss how you should send your item back to the address of the manufacturer.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address of the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
